After our previous success creating a broader set of luxury real estate sales assets for one of their properties, Doro Real Estate reached out to us to develop a more ambitious catalog that would offer to customers the opportunity to purchase both the land and custom home development for a forthcoming site.
Taking full advantage of the brand system that we had created for Doro, we leveraged strong photography, geographic details, and the excellent track record of Custom One Homes’ development of custom homes for high-end clients to tell a story of what was and what greater luxury real estate possibilities in that site could be. We focused on the visual flow of that story as it unfolded in the catalog, introducing the site, the professionals with whom potential clients would be working to create their fully custom home, and gorgeous example photography of what that home could look like.
This combination of finely-printed catalogs and accompanying print and digital advertisement campaigns would allow Doro to relay to its potential customers the beautiful vision they had for 9 Doral Road.
