Partners from Doro Real Estate and Luminate Home Loans reached out to us to help them visually improve their combination home and loan flyers, looking for a way to present a lot of vital information in a more easily digestible way. Employing a complete redesign of their existing visual systems while updating the brand look and feel, we aimed to improve readability by reworking the heirarchy and structure of information on the page.
To achieve this, we started by analyzing the current design to identify areas where the information was overwhelming or cluttered. We then simplified the layout, breaking down the content into clear, concise sections that guide the viewer's eye naturally from one point to the next. By introducing strategic use of white space and modern typography, we were able to create a cleaner, more organized flyer that effectively communicated the essential details without overwhelming the reader. The new design not only enhances visual appeal but also ensures that the critical information—such as loan options, interest rates, and property details—stands out prominently.
In addition, we incorporated elements that aligned more closely with the branding of both Doro Real Estate and Luminate Home Loans. This included updating the color palette to reflect a more cohesive look between the two entities, as well as introducing new graphic elements that support the overall theme of trust and professionalism. The result is a set of flyers that not only look modern and polished but also foster a sense of reliability and partnership, ultimately leading to a more engaging and effective marketing tool.
